    Each candle is hand poured in small batches in our Wisconsin Woodshop. We do NOT use any blends including paraffin, dyes, phthalates, scent enhancers, or UV inhibitors. Each candle is carefully hand-poured using our exclusive natural soy wax blend, ensuring a clean and long-lasting burn. Poured into a beautiful pine wood dough bowl, this candle is not only a source of delightful fragrance but also a stylish decorative piece. To ensure its protection during shipping and from dust, each dough bowl candle is shrink-wrapped, so it arrives in pristine condition and ready to use. Like all Hiawatha products, it comes out of the box food-safe and ready to use without any assembly or installation needed.
    • Food-safe! We use all food-safe products on all our wooden items including this one!

    • HOW DOES A SMALL WHITE OAK AGING BARREL WORK? Due to the high proportion of liquid in contact with the charred mini wooden barrel interior, spirits age 10x faster than larger, commercial sized whiskey/bourbon barrels, giving a balanced and aged flavor to alcohol in weeks rather than years.
    • FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS:  Instructions are included and explain how to cure your oak barrel and start sampling aged whiskey after just a few days. A small window of curing the barrel with water is required but it's not long and is worth the wait.
    • PERSONALIZE YOUR MINI BOURBON BARRELS: Write a name, batch number, barrel date, alc. proof, or tasting note directly onto the barrel head. 
    • Engrave with your favorite brand, logo, business name, or your own special brand, for an additional fee.
    • Our oak barrels for aging whiskey are made from new American Quater sawn oak staves, charred to a #4 char for maximum flavor.
