Meet The Owner

Hello everyone, my name is John Glenn, and I am the lead craftsman and owner of Hiawatha Woodworks. It all began when I was a young boy growing up on a Dairy farm. I have memories of always going out into my father’s woodshop and helping with various tasks. Now things have truly come full circle, and I ask for his help with my products. I have always been drawn to building things and the endless possibilities wood can offer. My memories growing up of smelling sawdust and learning to build various things have always had me wanting to do something similar of my own, and I am now creating beautiful, handcrafted pieces for others to enjoy. That’s how Hiawatha WoodWorks was born.
